Introduction
Welcome to Echo Wine Selections GmbH. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
Orders
- Eligibility: You must be of legal drinking age in your country to purchase wine
- Process: Orders are processed once payment is received
- Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email
Payment
- Methods: We currently accept payment by American Express, Apple Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopifyPay, and Visa
- Currency: All prices are displayed in Euro (€) with all value added taxes included. Prices do not include insurance or delivery charges where these may apply. Shipping costs are calculated separately and included in the final invoice. The delivery costs shown may only be an estimate of the final delivery costs.
Shipping
- Regions: We currently ship to : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- Delivery times: We ship every Tuesday and Friday. The time for order cut offs is 10 AM by the day of shipment. IE : All orders processed after 10 AM on Tuesday will be shipped on Friday the same week. All orders processed after 10 AM on Friday will be shipped on Tuesday the following week. Our current shipping partner is DPD. All orders shipped with Germany are expected to arrive in 2-5 business days. All orders shipped internationally will be expected to arrive with 10 business days. In cases of customs formalities, extended shipping deadlines should be expected.
- Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Duties and customs: Any order delivered outside Germany may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These taxes and possible customs duties linked to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are their responsibility. The seller is not required to check and inform the customer of applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about them, the customer can obtain information from the competent authorities in their country.
- Incorrect address / returned packages: In the case that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a package is not received in time, we will refund the full amount of the order, minus shipping costs. If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect before the product has been shipped, write to us at hello@echowines.com and we will do our best to solve the issue for you. If a packaged is returned to us and you would like to reorder, write to us at hello@echowines.com and we can re process the order. In these cases you the customer will be held responsible to pay the shipping costs of the second shipment.
Returns and refunds
- Returns / right of withdrawal: You have 14 days to return unopened items to us. You can read more on your Right of Withdrawal : here
- Acceptance of goods: Upon delivery, the customer must check the product(s) and, in the event of material damage, refuse the damaged goods and return them to the Sellers. When the customer accepts delivery from the carrier, the delivery is accepted and the product is verified. In the event of a refused shipment, the customer must clearly identify the damage and specify it on the carrier's delivery manifest. The copy of the manifest must be sent, including the reasons for refusal of shipment, to the Sellers within 48 hours, by e-mail to hello@echowines.com or by post to the following address :Echo Wine Selections GmbH, Mehringdamm 70 10961 Berlin, DeutschlandIf a damaged package has been delivered and the customer has signed the delivery note without modification or reservation, the product is considered accepted by the customer and Echo Wines cannot be held responsible for any damage nor be responsible for any compensation.
- Refunds: We currently do not offer refunds or replacements on any of the products we sell.
Liability
- Limitation: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
- Exclusions: Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased

Launch giveaway terms and conditions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" Echo Wine Selections GmbH whose Instagram handle is @echowines. The "Prize" refers to one bottle of 2016 Domaine Ganevat Grusse en Billat.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 23:59 on Wednesday 20.06.2025. One (1) winner in Europe will be selected at random by The Promoter on June 21 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
Entrants must be of legal drinking age in their respective country on the date of their entry.
Each entrant shall enter the competition via the purchase of one bottle of wine through www.echowines.com. The purchase of one bottle of wine equals one entry. IE, the purchase of six bottles of wine equals six entries.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random number generator.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
