Jérémy Recchione

Jérémy began his journey in wine in 2010, first working at Domaine Pierre Naigeon, based out of Gevery-Chambertin. In 2013 he began to try his hand at winemaking, with a bit of purchased grapes from friends made in the region. This continued as he worked and learned, until 2019, when he was able to buy his first plot with which to create his own domaine.

Today, Jérémy and his wife Julie look after almost 4 hectares of vines, as well as purchasing fruit from a few other plots to make additional wines.

Jeremy has Italian heritage, and therefore was interested in making wines in Italy, to continue to explore and expand his experience, so in 2023, he vinified purchased Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, and Timorasso in Piedmont, but using more Burgundian techniques to bring his own twist to the wines.

Jeremy also still currently works with Mark Haisma, an Australian winemaker, who is based in Burgundy, and who Jeremy considers as a mentor and guide in his own wine journey.
