Vincent is part of Domaine du Gringet, but his deep love for his home terroir keeps him connected to the Ardèche.
Each year, he sources grapes from the same plots, cultivated by a close friend, before transporting them by refrigerated truck to Savoie for vinification in the Domaine du Gringet cellar.
These vineyards are located on a high plateau in southern Ardèche, in an area called Gras. This exceptional terroir allows for a late harvest and full phenolic ripeness, making 100% whole-cluster vinification the natural choice.
Fermentation and aging follow the same philosophy as at Domaine du Gringet, using neutral concrete and amphorae to preserve freshness while allowing for proper oxygenation.
