Collection: Goustine

Originally from Belgium, Jeroen and his partner Anne began their careers working in large companies in HR and purchasing. While they weren’t unhappy, they realized over time that these paths didn’t align with their true passion. Jeroen had been taking sommelier courses for years out of personal interest and had participated in countless tastings. After much reflection and numerous visits to wine regions, their passion for wine became undeniable.

In September 2019, they joined the harvest in Chinon, and just a few months later, made the bold decision to sell their home in Belgium and fully commit to a new life in France—devoted to wine.

While studying for the BacPro in Viticulture and Oenology in Amboise, they collaborated with several domaines to gain hands-on experience. Since 2021, they have been producing their own wines using grapes sourced from winegrower friends. Today, they are based on 6 hectares of vineyards in Noizay, within the Vouvray appellation.

Their philosophy is rooted in a deep conviction for organic farming, beyond mere certification. In the cellar, their approach is minimal intervention, though they remain pragmatic and will use SO₂ when necessary. All grapes are hand-harvested, fermentations are carried out with native yeasts, and the goal remains the same: to craft wines that are pure, precise, and expressive of their origin.
