Il Postino gets its name from the fact that the vineyard used to belong to the postman of the village! A wonderfully balanced wine, with the warmth of Abruzzo showing in the riper fruit profile aromatically, but Andrea and Daniela's lighter touch keeps the alcohol low, and the palate fresh. Nice texture, and a hint of a salty stony finish.
