3 Fonteinen is one of Belgium’s most revered traditional lambic producers, located in the town of Beersel. With roots dating back to the 19th century, the blendery and brewery rose to fame under Armand Debelder, whose passion for natural, spontaneous fermentation brought a new level of purity and complexity to lambic and geuze. Today, the legacy continues with a team that carefully blends and ages lambics sourced from their own brewery and select partners, all using traditional methods. The beers are matured in old oak barrels and bottle-aged for years, developing depth, funk, and incredible freshness. Every batch is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and refermented in the bottle, reflecting 3 Fonteinen’s commitment to craftsmanship and patience.
