Collection: Bodegas Fulcro

Bodegas Fulcro is a natural wine estate in the rugged hills of the Sierra de Gredos, Spain. Founded by winemaker and agronomist José Luis Martín, Fulcro focuses on old-vine Garnacha and Albillo Real, farming organically and with minimal intervention. The estate’s high-altitude vineyards are planted on granitic soils, yielding wines that are both vibrant and mineral-driven. José Luis uses spontaneous fermentation, long maceration, and aging in neutral vessels to preserve the purity of the fruit. His wines are a true reflection of the Gredos terroir.
