Collection: Carrousel de Tête

Carrousel de Tête, based in the Pfalz region of Germany, was founded by Frederic and Simone in 2018 when they acquired a small plot of 30-year-old Silvaner, Riesling, and Portugieser vines. Their winery practices organic and biodynamic viticulture. In the cellar, fermentation is spontaneous and aging is done in a mix of materials, including fiberglass and used oak barrels.
