Collection: Chandon de Briailles

Domaine Chandon de Briailles is a historic estate located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, with roots dating back to the 1830s. The domaine is currently run by Claude and François de Nicolay, who farm biodynamically across premier cru vineyards in Corton, Pernand-Vergelesses, and Savigny. Winemaking is minimal and traditional with native fermentations, whole-cluster vinification, and aging in old oak barrels. The wines are elegant, earthy, and structured, with a remarkable ability to age gracefully.
