Collection: Clos du Tue Bœuf
Clos du Tue-Bœuf is a benchmark producer in the Loire Valley, run by the Puzelat brothers: Thierry and Jean-Marie. Based in Cheverny, they farm organically and focus on native varieties like Gamay, Pinot Noir, Menu Pineau, and Sauvignon Blanc. The wines are made with zero additives, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged in old barrels. Known for being juicy, fresh, and charming, the wines have become cult favorites in the natural wine world. The Puzelats were early champions of low-intervention winemaking in France and remain influential figures in the movement.
