Domaine Buronfosse is a small, family-run estate in the Jura. Founded by Jean-François Buronfosse, the domaine focuses on native Jura varietals such as Savagnin and Chardonnay, farming organically and with a deep respect for tradition. The wines are fermented with native yeasts and aged under flor, developing the signature "sous voile" character that Jura wines are famous for. Jean-François's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to minimal intervention results in wines that are complex, aromatic, and reflective of the Jura's unique terroir.
