Domaine du Gros’ Noré is an estate in Bandol, crafting powerful yet soulful wines from old-vine Mourvèdre grown on limestone-rich soils. Run by Alain Pascal, the domaine is named in tribute to his late brother, Honoré, and reflects a deep familial pride. The vineyards are farmed organically and the winemaking is traditional with long macerations, native yeasts, and aging in large old foudres. These are structured, savory wines with dark fruit, wild herbs, and the signature character of Provence.
