Collection: Karl Schnabel

Karl Schnabel and his wife Eva run Weingut Karl Schnabel in South Styria. The estate encompasses five hectares of vineyards on the Sausal mountain, known for its siliceous primary rock soils. Since 2003, the winery has been Demeter certified, adhering to strict biodynamic principles. They have had a focus on minimal intervation and no added sulfites since 2007. Schnabel produces a range of wines, including Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc.
