Collection: Manlio Manganaro

Manlio Manganaro is a passionate micro-winery based in Marsala, western Sicily, producing small quantities of wines. Originally from Campania and formerly a sommelier, Manlio brings a deep understanding of wine to his meticulous winemaking. He sources organic grapes from trusted growers around Alcamo and Etna, working with native varieties like Catarratto and Nero d’Avola. His cellar work is minimal and intuitive with spontaneous fermentations, no fining or filtration, and very little sulphur. Each bottle is layered, energetic, and a vivid expression of Sicily’s raw beauty.
