Marie Thibault is a Loire Valley winemaker who began her journey in 2002 under the mentorship of François Chidaine. In 2010, she established her own estate in Azay-le-Rideau, focusing on organic farming and minimal intervention winemaking. Her four hectare vineyard, planted with old vines of Chenin Blanc, Côt, Gamay, Grolleau, and Sauvignon Blanc, thrives on limestone and clay soils. Marie’s wines are characterized by their purity, balance, and expressive fruit profiles, showcasing the unique terroir of the Touraine AOC.
