Mii No Kotobuki is a sake brewery located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, established in 1922. Under the leadership of fourth-generation toji Tadatsugu Inoue, the brewery has embraced a quality-driven philosophy, focusing on artisanal Junmai sake made without any added distillates. Using local 'Itoshima' Yamada Nishiki rice, Mii No Kotobuki produces small batches of sake that have garnered acclaim for their purity and craftsmanship.
