Collection: Moritz Kissinger

Moritz Kissinger is based in Uelversheim, in the Rheinhessen. Working alongside his family, he cultivates approximately eight hectares of vineyards planted with Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, and Pinot Noir. The vineyards are on limestone and clay soils, contributing to the wines' unique flavor profiles. Kissinger's commitment to sustainability and soil health is evident in his holistic farming methods, which prioritize biodiversity and resilience. In the cellar, he employs minimal intervention techniques, allowing the wines to express their terroir with clarity and precision.
