Selvadolce is a biodynamic winery nestled in the Ligurian hills near Bordighera, Italy. Founded by Aris Blancardi, the estate spans six hectares, with four hectares under vine, cultivating indigenous varieties such as Pigato, Vermentino, and Rossese. The vineyards are manually harvested with a commitment to organic and biodynamic principles. Selvadolce's wines are characterized by their vibrant acidity and expressive minerality, offering a true reflection of the Ligurian terroir.
