Collection: Werlitsch

Werlitsch is a biodynamic winery located in South Styria. Founded by Ewald Tscheppe, the estate spans approximately 18 hectares, with 12,5 hectares dedicated to vineyards planted on steep hillsides with soils of limestone marl and clay. The winery focuses on white grapes and employs biodynamic farming practices with hand harvesting. In the cellar, they spontaneously ferment and commonly use long skin macerations to produce wines with a savory and complex character.
