Champagne Emmanuel Brochet
Emmanuel Brochet is a one-man operation crafting distinctive grower Champagnes from a single 2,5 hectare vineyard in Villers-aux-Noeuds, just outside Reims. The site, known as Mont Benoit, is planted with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, all farmed organically and with a deep commitment to biodiversity. Emmanuel vinifies each parcel separately with native yeasts and ages the wines in oak barrels before extended time on lees in bottle. His Champagnes are known for their precision, purity, and textural finesse, often with a savory, saline edge.
