Pascal Thereau is a grower whose quiet dedication and humble nature are deeply reflected in his wines. Originally a cooper crafting barrels, his path naturally led him from woodwork to the vineyard, where his passion for farming truly took root. After formative years with Jura icon Stéphane Tissot, Pascal seized the opportunity in 2021 to take over his own vines in the region he loves. He farms organically, honoring Jura traditions while bringing a thoughtful, evolving touch to his work.
