Clément Lavallée is an exciting young winemaker based in the village of Coulanges-la-Vineuse, just south of Chablis. After working with some of Burgundy’s top names, he returned to his family’s estate, bringing a fresh perspective and a commitment to natural farming. His vineyards are tended without chemicals, and the wines are made with native yeasts, minimal sulfur, and gentle extraction. Lavallée's wines that are vibrant, precise, and deeply mineral. The influence of nearby Chablis is evident in the linear, saline quality of his whites.
