Domaine de La Borde Pinostradamus 2022

Domaine de la Borde is a tiny, high-altitude estate in the Jura run by rising star Julien Mareschal. Located in Pupillin, the domaine is farmed biodynamically on steep limestone slopes. Julien vinifies with native yeasts, minimal sulfur, and long aging under flor for select cuvées, producing both oxidative and ouillé styles. His wines are tense, saline, and deeply expressive of Jura’s cool climate and complex geology. Each bottle reflects a precise interpretation of soil, elevation, and old-vine character.
