Domaine des Célestes Arcturus 2022

Domaine des Célestes is a biodynamic winery located in the Gard region of southern France. Established in 2021 by Julien Sefraoui-Nowak, the estate spans nine hectares of vineyards planted with Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Clairette, and Viognier. The domaine is committed to producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region, with a focus on Mediterranean grape varieties adapted to climate change. The wines are crafted using natural winemaking techniques, with minimal intervention and no added sulfites.
