Domaine des Croix, founded in 2005, is run by David Croix. The estate focuses on premier cru and village-level vineyards in Beaune, along with prized sites in Corton, Aloxe-Corton, and Savigny-lès-Beaune. Winemaking is traditional but precise with whole cluster fermentations, native yeasts, and aging in mostly old oak.
