Domaine La Bouïssière Gigondas 2020

Domaine La Bouïssière is a family estate based in Gigondas, where brothers Gilles and Thierry Boulet produce robust, terroir-driven wines from the southern Rhône. The vineyards sit at high elevations in the Dentelles de Montmirail, bringing freshness and balance to the naturally powerful Grenache and Syrah blends. Farming is organic and hands-on, with low yields and a focus on soil health. In the cellar, vinification is minimal with native yeasts, no fining or filtration, and aging in a mix of concrete and old oak. The resulting wines are intense yet balanced, combining structure with lifted aromatics and stony minerality.
