A beautifully expressive Chardonny, representative of the rich Marl and Clay soils around Arbois. Pascal blends multiple plots from around Arbois and ferments them in Concrete, Amphora, Barrique and Tonneau, blending all of them together to get the final result which is a supremely textural wine. Ripe stonefruit, and just a hint of nutty oxidation remind you you're still in Jura, but then a balanced acidity sweeps in to keep things fresh.

Pascal Thereau is a grower whose quiet dedication and humble nature are deeply reflected in his wines. Originally a cooper crafting barrels, his path naturally led him from woodwork to the vineyard, where his passion for farming truly took root. After formative years with Jura icon Stéphane Tissot, Pascal seized the opportunity in 2021 to take over his own vines in the region he loves. He farms organically, honoring Jura traditions while bringing a thoughtful, evolving touch to his work.
