Grown on older vines from restored vineyards in Moulin-à-Vent, Alizés shows the power of the cru with a lighter hand. The wine is aromatic and dark-fruited, with floral top notes and firm structure. Despite its depth, there’s a clarity to the fruit and an earthy, iron-tinged finish. A structured, age-worthy wine with a restrained touch.

Domaine Thillardon

Domaine Thillardon is a family-run estate rooted in the small Beaujolais cru of Chénas led by brothers Paul-Henri and Charlie. Deeply connected to their land, the family farms eight hectares across Chénas, Moulin-à-Vent, and Beaujolais. Villages with a strong commitment to organic and biodynamic agriculture. Since 2008, their focus has been on restoring balance in the vineyards and allowing the unique terroir of each plot to shine. Chénas may be one of the smallest crus in Beaujolais, but the Thillardons are giving it a powerful voice through their energetic and thoughtful work.
