Georgium Burgunder Cuvée 2013

Georgium is a small, family-run winery located in Carinthia, Austria. The estate focuses on Burgundy grape varieties including Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir, all cultivated on schist and calcareous soils. The vineyard's microclimate, characterized by warm, dry summers and cool autumns, contributes to the wines' aromatic complexity. In the cellar, Georgium ferments spontaneously and looks to preserve the mineral-driven qualities of their soil.
