Since 2017, Julie and Jérémy have been quietly shaping a new chapter in Burgundy, blending tradition with a fresh, thoughtful perspective. What began as a 100% négoce project has grown into a small domaine, rooted in close relationships with organic growers and the gradual acquisition of their own vineyards. Jérémy farms with great care, favoring plant-based treatments to maintain balance in the vines.
