Jérémy's family is originally from Italy, although he was born and raised in France. However, his natural curiosity for his heritage and his passion for wine soon drew him to Italy in search of inspiration. He ended up making a series of wines which were grown, harvested, and vinified in Italy, but then shipped and distributed from France. He landed on Piedmont as his base because of his appreciation for the terroir and the varietals he found there.

This Dolcetto is treated in a Burgundian method with extremely soft extraction methods. The resulting wine is ruby red and translucent, resulting in an almost "dark rosé" style wine, but still with so much intensity and depth. Floral and aromatic, fresh and crisp. Truly delicious.

Jérémy Recchione

Since 2017, Julie and Jérémy have been quietly shaping a new chapter in Burgundy, blending tradition with a fresh, thoughtful perspective. What began as a 100% négoce project has grown into a small domaine, rooted in close relationships with organic growers and the gradual acquisition of their own vineyards. Jérémy farms with great care, favoring plant-based treatments to maintain balance in the vines. Their wines, produced in tiny quantities, reflect an honest connection to the land and the rhythm of each vintage. This is Burgundy stripped back to its essence.
