Ktima Ligas Bucephale 2020

Ktima Ligas is a winery located in the Pella region of Macedonia, Greece. Founded in 1985 by Thomas Ligas, the estate focuses on reviving traditional grape varieties and championing sustainable agriculture. Today, the winery is run by his daughter Meli, who continues the focus on permaculture and local grapes. The estate produces wines from indigenous varieties such as Assyrtiko, Xinomavro, and Limniona, using organic practices and minimal intervention techniques. Their wines are known for their complexity, balance, and expression of the Macedonian terroir.
