La Bergerie is the only blended cuvée from the domaine, designed as a snapshot of their vineyards and philosophy. Made entirely from Gringet, the wine hums with alpine freshness—bright citrus, green herbs, and a distinct salty, mineral edge.
The use of stainless steel and concrete preserves its clarity and texture, letting the rocky soils shine through. Energetic, focused, and quietly complex. The longer aging in this second vintage adds a more rounded textural element to the wine. The longer lees contact bringing a bit more of a "creamy" texture, but at the same time, the slightly less solar year brings a more linear acidity and bright freshness. Unfiltered & unfined.

Tucked between Geneva and Mont Blanc in the Alpine village of Ayse, Domaine du Gringet is home to more than half of the world’s plantings of the rare Gringet grape. Now led by a group of vignerons including Vincent Ruiz and Miguel Sarzier, the domaine carries forward the legacy of Dominique Belluard, who championed this singular variety. Their mission is to honor the land’s farming traditions while showcasing the remarkable diversity of Ayse’s soils. Each micro-parcel is vinified with care, allowing the unique alpine terroir to shine.
