Nas-Cetta is a rare indigenous white grape from the Piedmont region. It is not well-known outside the area because its plantings have been slowly replaced by Nebbiolo over the years. However, Daniele and his family feel the importance of preserving their heritage in this grape, and we are so lucky for that! The wine is tremendously expressive, floral and bright on the nose, with tons of white flowers, mandarine and citrus peel jumping out. The palate is more saline reflecting the limestone terroir, and makes the wine an impressive for food pairing.

Their organically certified vineyards reflect a deep respect for tradition and the land, rooted in generations of experience. Daniele keeps to the historic traditions of Langhe and the vinifications are done in old botti and completely destemmed.
