We are so excited by the newest wave of winemakers in Italy who are preserving tradition and keeping regions alive, and also innovating and thinking about their wines in a more global context than their predecessors. These wines tend to be lighter on their feet, more vibrant and more in tune with their environment, as more and more winemakers realize the importance of working with what nature provides, and not against it.
