A beautiful intro in the range of Brice Allouchery, Pinot Noirs is a unique and distinct expression of Champagne. Picking up a slight copper tinge from a harder press and the aging process, this is a very vinous champagne.

Very seductive hints of brioche and red berries dominate the nose, while the palate is crisp and dry, and has a savory, saline touch. This makes the this wine in particular extremely good for pairing with food.

Champagne Brice Allouchery

In 2018, Brice took the reins of his family’s domaine in Écueil, a Premier Cru village in the heart of Champagne. Guided by a deep respect for his heritage and a clear vision for the future, his first step was to convert the vineyards to organic farming. Most of the domaine’s wines come from old-vine parcels planted by Brice’s grandfather over 60 years ago, reflecting generations of dedication to the land. Brice’s approach is rooted in simplicity and patience, allowing the wines time to evolve and express their full potential.
