In 2018, Brice took the reins of his family’s domaine in Écueil, a Premier Cru village in the heart of Champagne. Guided by a deep respect for his heritage and a clear vision for the future, his first step was to convert the vineyards to organic farming. Most of the domaine’s wines come from old-vine parcels planted by Brice’s grandfather over 60 years ago, reflecting generations of dedication to the land. Brice’s approach is rooted in simplicity and patience, allowing the wines time to evolve and express their full potential. Each bottle tells the story of Écueil’s unique terroir—refined, precise, and full of quiet depth. Under Brice’s stewardship, the domaine is blending tradition with thoughtful progress, one harvest at a time.
