Noema is Darko Derenda's only blended wine throughout the portfolio. He selects some of the best plots of the three red grapes he has, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Teran and blends them in equal proportions of 1/3rd. This creates a unique harmony, bringing the acidity and structure of Teran, the fruit of Merlot, and the herbaciousness and depth of Cabernet Sauvignon. A true representation of Derenda's terroir and mindset to create something whose individual parts contribute to a greater whole.
