An artful blend of two distinctive Savigny parcels, this Pinot layers ripe fruit with cooling mineral tension. The cool, limestone-driven sites of Les Vermots and Godeaux keep the wine bright and aromatic. The extended whole-cluster maceration lends nuance—crisp red cherry, a whisper of herbal spice and fine grained tannins—and the result is a harmonious, inviting wine with subtle complexity. Keeping the typical aromatic lift of Seiichi's reds, but adding some depth of the great village of Savigny-les-Beunes

Domaine Petit-Roy

Born in China and raised in Japan, Seiichi Saito moved to Burgundy in 2006 to pursue his passion for wine. After studying in Beaune and spending many years gaining experience with some of the region’s most respected domaines, he founded Domaine Petit-Roy in Chorey-Les-Beaune. Here he farms vineyards across Burgundy and crafts a diverse range of wines, with a focus on the Côte de Beaune. Seiichi has a particular affinity for the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, seeing it as a key area for Burgundy’s future amid climate challenges. His approach is gentle and respectful, letting the land speak for itself.
