In 2018, Brice took the reins of his family’s domaine in Écueil, a Premier Cru village in the heart of Champagne. Guided by a deep respect for his heritage and a clear vision for the future, he looks to take a balanced approach to his farming, working organically when possible, but not seeking certification.. Most of the domaine’s wines come from old-vine parcels planted by Brice’s grandfather over 60 years ago, reflecting generations of dedication to the land. Brice’s approach is rooted in simplicity and patience, allowing the wines time to evolve and express their full potential.
