Les Ciels Changeants is an exciting young domaine founded by Scottish winemaker Phillip Hedderman. After gaining experience at renowned estates like Ata Rangi in New Zealand and top Burgundy domaines such as Dujac and Pascal Marchand, Phill found his passion in the Jura. Based in Nevy-sur-Seille, he works from a historic cellar to craft wines focused on Chardonnay and Savagnin. His first vintage in 2022 combined purchased grapes with small vineyard plots he now farms organically. Phillip’s wines are pure, crystalline expressions of the Jura’s marl-rich soils.
