Class A is a lovely play on words referring to "Classic" and Derek's Canadian heritage. This Riesling is definitely more typical of the Mosel than their other wines, showing that they too can make very lean, more fruit-driven, but still stony styles of Riesling. This will go down like water! Loads of lemon-lime and citrus aromas and flavors with very fresh acidity on the palate.

Madame Flöck

Madame Flöck Wines was born from the partnership of American, Robert Kane and Canadian, Derek Labelle. Their journey led them to the steep slopes of Winningen in Germany’s Mosel region, where Robert’s personal connection inspired the purchase of their first vineyard. Named in honor of the vineyard’s former caretaker, Madame Flöck, the winery is a tribute to tradition, place, and collaboration. Despite their contrasting personalities, Robert and Derek are united in their commitment to crafting honest, expressive wines that reflect the Mosel’s striking terroir.
