Coming from vines in the Bourgogne Cote D'Auxerre appelation, this Chardonnay is at once ripe, textured and mouthfilling, and also has a beautiful core of acidity to keep things balanced and playful. Ripe stonefruit and citrus dominate the nose and palate. As will all of the Negoce wines, Raphäelle maintains her relationships with her growers and helps out in the vines, keeping her connected to the fruit.

In the Yonne, the northernmost parts of Burgundy, Guyot is reviving a long-lost winemaking legacy. Taking over her family farm, she has begun replanting vineyards that disappeared nearly a century ago after the phylloxera crisis. Guided by historical maps and deep research, she is rediscovering forgotten terroirs and breathing life back into the land. Alongside her own plantings, she works closely with local growers, sourcing organic grapes from the same trusted parcels each year.
