One of Raphäelle's domaine wines. This vineyard was discovered by her, abandonned since 2006. She rehabilitied the vineyard and is now making this beautifully intense and juicy Pinot Noir. Dark cherry and plum dominate the palate, with a beautiful bit of whole cluster spice bringing a nice aromatic lift. On the palate, the whole cluster fermentation also provides a great counter to the ripe fruit profile. Elegant and with a beautiful texture.

In the Yonne, the northernmost parts of Burgundy, Guyot is reviving a long-lost winemaking legacy. Taking over her family farm, she has begun replanting vineyards that disappeared nearly a century ago after the phylloxera crisis. Guided by historical maps and deep research, she is rediscovering forgotten terroirs and breathing life back into the land. Alongside her own plantings, she works closely with local growers, sourcing organic grapes from the same trusted parcels each year.
