Raphäelle's top Pinot from vines planted in 2006, which she owns and manages herself. This is an incredibly elegant and aromatic wine, filled with a bright spice-driven nose with lifted red and black berry aromas. The palate is deep and long, balancing a warm "23 vintage through the whole-cluster fermentation. Will definitely please all Pinot lovers who look for both ripeness and elegance.

Raphaëlle Guyot

In the Yonne, the northernmost parts of Burgundy, Guyot is reviving a long-lost winemaking legacy. Taking over her family farm, she has begun replanting vineyards that disappeared nearly a century ago after the phylloxera crisis. Guided by historical maps and deep research, she is rediscovering forgotten terroirs and breathing life back into the land. Alongside her own plantings, she works closely with local growers, sourcing organic grapes from the same trusted parcels each year.
