Another part of Raphäelle's line-up of excellent negociant wines, this Pinot Noir is sourced from a vineyard within the Côtes d’Auxerre appelation. This is a dark and brambly expression of Pinot, reflecting the warmer vintage of 2023. It also carry a bit of weight and grip on the palate making it an excellent accompaniment to food. Lot of blackberry, raspberry, and cherry notes dominate the wine.

Raphaëlle Guyot

In the Yonne, the northernmost parts of Burgundy, Guyot is reviving a long-lost winemaking legacy. Taking over her family farm, she has begun replanting vineyards that disappeared nearly a century ago after the phylloxera crisis. Guided by historical maps and deep research, she is rediscovering forgotten terroirs and breathing life back into the land. Alongside her own plantings, she works closely with local growers, sourcing organic grapes from the same trusted parcels each year.
