Montepulciano as imagined by Andrea & Daniele. Harnessing all the warmth of Abruzzo to get big and dark fruit flavors, but also the altitude their vineyards and their skilled winemaking to arrive at something special and unique. Black fruit and spice jumps out of the glass, and a medium body with solid tannins. Surprising then to find out the ABV only arrives at 12.5%!

Colle Florido

Colle Florido is a small, organic winery in Pescara, Abruzzo, founded by husband and wife duo Andrea Ugolotti and Daniella Trolio. Formerly a Michelin starred sommelier and an architect, they left city life behind to reconnect with the land and start a new chapter in Daniella’s native Abruzzo. Their focus is on sustainable, organic farming and traditional winemaking methods that reflect the region’s natural rhythm. Andrea and Daniella aren’t trying to imitate, they’re crafting a style that’s entirely their own, rooted in authenticity and care.
