Drawn from Beaujolais-designated parcels across both the north and south of the region, this is Thillardon's most approachable cuvée. Whole-cluster fermented with a short élevage, it’s a pure and juicy take on Gamay. Expect bright red berries, soft spice, and a light, silky texture. Meant to be enjoyed young, with minimal fuss and maximum pleasure.

Domaine Thillardon

Domaine Thillardon is a family-run estate rooted in the small Beaujolais cru of Chénas led by brothers Paul-Henri and Charlie. Deeply connected to their land, the family farms eight hectares across Chénas, Moulin-à-Vent, and Beaujolais. Villages with a strong commitment to organic and biodynamic agriculture. Since 2008, their focus has been on restoring balance in the vineyards and allowing the unique terroir of each plot to shine. Chénas may be one of the smallest crus in Beaujolais, but the Thillardons are giving it a powerful voice through their energetic and thoughtful work.
