Remi Sedes Noé 2019

Rémi Sédès is a passionate winemaker based in the Coteaux d’Ancenis region of the Loire Valley, France. After studying agronomy and gaining experience in Bordeaux, he established his own winery in 2013, focusing on producing natural wines that express the unique terroir of the area. Sédès specializes in Gamay, cultivating vines on micro-granitic soils that impart freshness and minerality to the wines. He uses biodynamic farming practices and minimal intervention techniques, including the use of Shire horses for vineyard work, to craft wines that are pure, expressive, and reflective of their environment.
